I’ve been here for mostly pedicures. The last two pedicures I had, they didn’t trim the sides (ingrown) correctly. I’ve had a different nail tech every time. The first 3 times my pedicures were cut correctly.

I love this Salon. Get in quickly and everyone is so nice and they are very talented. As a retired Nail Technician of 30 years, I think that they excel in making the clients feel comfortable and do an amazing job. I do however wish that they wouldn’t speak in the foreign language. It’s a little annoying.

I recommend any of the ladies but the past couple times I’ve gone I’ve gotten a man.. first for my pedicure. I got my whole wedding party pedicures done and the two guys that had my mom and I were quick and not very attentive. This place used to be the best and maybe if you get a lady you will be lucky.. I came back later that week for a mani and again got a guy who I had to ask to clean up my nails more twice. Not the service I would recommend. Maybe if you request a lady you will have better luck

i am not one to complain but I am a bit disappointed. Went in to get a full set acrylic. I rarely ever go out to pamper myself but when I do I expect for actual effort to be put into it as I am paying for their service, for good service. instead the guy rushes, stops to talk to his coworker to laugh and chit chat along with stopping in the middle of my nails to text on his phone. He didn’t check to make sure all of my nails were even, he was a bit rough yet I’m too nice to say anything, it just didn’t seem like a priority for him to make sure it was done great it seemed he just wanted to finish and get me out of there. Nails didn’t turn out horrible but I still have lots of dead skin which they don’t really seem to care about cleaning you up first before applying a set. And I’m left with uneven nails. Really just wish there was more effort put into it. still tipped but honestly didn’t really even want too because my service kind of sucked. /:

I don’t like complaining, this is the first time I’ve ever even written a review. But I’ve been going here for quite some time, the past two times I’ve been treated like I was an inconvenience. This time, my nails were left rigid and were over filed to the point where there is a painful red ring and my nails feel very thin. Not to mention they were very uneven. The only nail tech I really enjoy having is Kate as she is always kind and welcoming. I was upsold an organic pedicure, which had a set price ($48); I asked my nail tech if getting gel would change the price and the answer was no but when it was time for me to pay, my cost was almost twice as much as it was stated ($70). That is not okay and should not be treated like it’s okay, overall, this spa has taken a turn downhill since I first started going.

Decided to try this place out cause my usual nail salon was closed due to the holiday weekend. I walked in and was promptly seated and given options for my pedicure color. The young girl was very nice and friendly (i wish i got her name). She took her time and for the FIRST time ever since ive been going to nail salons she used brand new clean tools straight from the package. I know this should be standard practice but all places ive ever been to before do NOT do this and i can tell the tools are old and used on other customers. This made me SO pleased and when it was time to put my gel color on she noticed the color wasn’t really popping due to the glitter color i had chosen. She asked if it was ok and when i hesitated, she wiped it off and gave me the other nail color options, without any annoyance towards me. What a sweet young lady who understood how to give great service. 10/10 to her for overall cleanliness during my service, the amazing massage, exfoliation, and for giving me the opportunity to change my color when she noticed it wasn’t what i had asked for originally.

I live in niceville and drive here. Best pedicures. Take time and do a great job. Very through and detailed!! They always have staff don’t have to wait long at all. My go to nail place. See you next time. Pedicure
