I have been here a handful of times. I usually come here early Saturday mornings & my usual girl wasn’t here. Thinking 2pm on a Thursday I shouldn’t have a hard time with no appointment. (I never book an appointment & Saturday’s are their busiest day) I didn’t wait to long. But seriously all I asked for was an easy manicure just shellac. This is what I got. I didn’t give her a tip because she put absolutely no effort into my service & it’s flabbergasting she’d be scrabbling to give me full change like she’s entitled to a tip after this mediocre job. My nails are bumpy, sticky, and spots of missing glitter. I’m so disappointed I have my grand daughters birthday party and now I’m going to have to pay somewhere else just to fix me. I only gave them the two stars to give the usual girl some credit but to this negligence I won’t be back here.

The first time I tried this salon, I thought they did a beautiful job and were great. Every time after was worse than before, not to mention the wait times increased. I typically get gel manicures, and had great nails before. The man there told me that I needed to get acrylic gel for my nails and not do manicures, so that’s what I did. I now have a green infection on 2 of my nails which means one of two things happened. Either their tools are not sanitized properly or they did not seal the nail properly. I will not be returning and I encourage anyone else to consider other options before them.

I think her name was Jennifer…she did amazing on my nails! I have very small nail bed almost kid size and most the time when I get my nails done they don’t do well or make fun of how small my nails are. Well she did the complete opposite. She took her time and made sure they were all the same and even with them being small she made no comments and just did what she is there to do. Definitely recommend this place and planning to continue to go back!

Jennifer did a horrible job! Nails not painted correctly at all, and bad shape. I asked for French and she just painted the whole nail! Didn’t clean the seat were I was sitting there a Coca-Cola can just sitting there. Pedicure

Whenever I go to a nail salon, I am very specific with the service I needed because of my psoriasis. I told this lady I only need a foot spa and pedicure, cannot put any nail polishes on my fingernails due to the nature of my job.

I’m not picky and I don’t like confrontation, but unfortunately this was not a good experience. I got a mani/pedi and the tech hardly massaged my legs or hands. It was more like a caress. She cut my cuticles so deep, they wouldn’t stop bleeding. I was clearly crying while she was doing my nails and they still charged me full service. I got gel polish and she didn’t clean up the edges, so obviously they cured onto my skin. /: I wanted to like this place and be understanding, but I simply couldn’t.

I prefer to make appointments but they have walk-ins available, too. Pedicures were nice ladies did a great job! But after we paid the guy had the nerve to ask us if we took another ladies card. Like seriously when the lady had her card the whole time in her purse. Kinda not cool at all. 3 stars for that Pedicure

Dana is amazing! I can always trust her to do the best job on my nails! She is so sweet and gives the best neck and hand massages too! After going to several nail salons in BA and Tulsa, I finally found someone that I can trust to ALWAYS do a fabulous job!! She’s a perfectionist and I love that!
