Kim is nice until you tell her she did something wrong. She was the most unprofessional person to work with after that. She let me leave the salon with wet nails and I called her and told her my nails were messed up 5 minutes after I left because she did not let them cure properly. She got very angry, but did tell me to come back 2 days later so she could fix them. Once there, she blamed the problem on the dark color I chose because it was spring time….huh? No, you didn’t dry my nails correctly. She went on and on how she has never had a complaint in twenty years. I told her I was not trying to break a record, I just wanted my nails done correctly. Maybe people don’t tell her she did bad because of the outrageously rude way she was treating me.
