Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!!! MY daughter and her friend got their nails done on a Tuesday. The next day her gel polish was completely off one nail. She went back in and they fixed it. The very next day another nail had polish off of it. She went in and they fixed that one yet AGAIN. The next day 2 nails fell off and another one the polish completely off. THEY WOULD NOT ISSUE A REFUND!!! They were extremely RUDE!!They tried to blame it on her nail color choice. Saying they have trouble with that color. Then said the other nails came off because she picked at them. Yes, because I’m certain she wanted to pay $45 for nails and them pick them off. THE KICKER ….her friend’s nails chipped and fell off in 2 days as well. I hope these people feel really good about taking other’s money!! This is not how you run and sustain a business!! I will tell everyone I know about this RUDE SCAM OF AN NAIL SALON!! When you run a business you need to be prepared to stand behind your services!!! i had a very bad experience with this place yesterday. and its sad because i always go to them. they only had two people their because the other guy was on vacation. i waited an hour and a half to get a full acrylic set put on. about 6 times they asked me did i want gel and i told them no i am on a budget and cant afford it this time. Well the guy took it upon himself to ask me where does my money go if i have a job. First off that inst his business and second i have bills to pay. i was only getting them done because it is my boyfriends birthday this weekend. and then he processed to ask me if i can get him something to eat. um no. the worst service i have ever had from these people and is very sad because i have always enjoyed coming here. especially with how much different nail colors in gel set they have. they definitely lost a loyal customer in me as of my experience their yesterday. i wish i could give them a negative star

I went tonight to get my nails done. It was the 3rd place I went to and the only reason I stayed was because there was no wait… well now I know why. It was awful. My toes look like a 2 year old painted them and he didn’t shape my toe nails at all. I told him I needed my nails filled and painted with a French manicure. He starts filling in my nails which looks awful, but then he brings out nail polish to paint my nails. I said no I want a French manicure. He didn’t know what that was…. seriously how do you work in a nail shop and not know what a French manicure is. Once I showed him a picture off google, he started a French manicure. I should have left at this point. After 2 and half hours of being at this nail salon that is 80 degrees, I had to pay $60 for toe nails that looked awful and acrylic nails with a French manicure that was not complete. The tips were not all white and the rest of the nail looked pink. He didn’t clean my cuticles at all so they look awful!! I have always tipped nail salons and today was the first day i didn’t. I walked out so upset. I am getting married Saturday and now have crappy nails and paid $60 for it. Really?? Please do not go here… it is not a real nail salon. They are just overcharging people for crappy service.

This place is horrible. They do not greet you when you walk in the door and rudely asked you what you want. The man doing my shellac manicure did not take his time, and the manicure itself was very mediocre. He tried to use a drill on my nails and when I asked him what he was doing he said that’s the way it’s done. So I told him I’ve been getting shellac manicures for five years and I’ve never had a technician drill my nails and he tried to do it anyway! So I pulled my hand away and told him I did not want that done. There was a speck of dirt on my nail that was clearly visible after he had put on the top coat and I asked him to fix it. He tried to file it out and when that didn’t work he asked me if it could stay! I told him no so instead of completely redoing the nail, he put on a third coat which made it look too thick and then got an attitude when I asked him to redo it. There was polish around my cuticles that I had to get off myself. I will never go back there, and would suggest to others that expect quality work on their nails to stay away.

Beautiful Nails doesn’t even deserve 1 star. One of the ladies that works there is extremely rude. After getting my gel nails done here my nail beds are extremely sore and are bleeding under the nail. Do not go here! Not only is customer service terrible they do not know how to professionally do nails. They do not clean or push down your cuticles their nail polish chips within 3 days. The prices aren’t cheap either. The ladies will leave you unattended while a new customer comes in the store and leave you waiting( during your service)..WROST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER!

Got me in & out quickly. The female did not massage my legs at all, as on description. She only put 1 coat of polish on and did not polish the tips of my toenails, as they usually do. I’ll be lucky if it lasts until we leave for vacation! And my feet are so dry, as if they have absolutely no moisturizer on. I went there only because of convenient location. Will not make same mistake again!
