These nails are only 2 days old . They are melting off my nails . The nail polish that they are using is dry old expired and dangerous when they put my nail under the UV light if burned . They put a satin finish on it and the paint underneath top layer of the nail was still wet . When I left my nails look beautiful, and they felt dry. hours later they started to bubble up and peel off then crack off . Icing on the cake is when I went back to tell the store owner he was so rude about the whole thing. He he tried to blame me he refused to listen to me explain what happened, but he did redo my nails and once again this happened!! This is dangerous chemical mix. I won’t go back ever again.

Pedi mani. I have painful cuts on both feet and both hands. 10 in total. Tech used the drill with file attachment over my bloody nail and did not clean it before returning it to her cart!!!!! Manicure Bowles are not sanitized between clients. They are stacked in back room (with in my view). I watched them dump water from a manicure, stack the bowl without cleaning! They grabbed the I cleaned Bowles from the same stack and used on the next client. This place is disgusting!! A huge health hazard!! Hoping I do not end up with an infection on my bloody toes!

First time here and perhaps my last. My best friend and I arrived at Beautiful Nails shorty after they open. The young lady who did my pedicure seem to not take pride in doing my feet. Not to mention there was polish on my skin I had to ask her to remove. The reception kept taking other walking before us so I refused to sit and wait to get my nails Done. This was rude. However my best friend girl decided to wait. I will say they are very busy. They should take more Pride serving their customers correctly because they have just lost my business.

I have been going here since 10th grade im now 36 years old. I love this place! They have their days that they are slow but its so worth the wait even then. The upgrades are amazing, and they adhere to the social distancing guidelines. Van is so amazing everytime she does my nails

Andy is amazing. My nails are always looking good when he is done. I have never had any issues getting in and out but I would recommend making an appointment if you don’t want to have to wait. This place is good and always is full make an appointment and you’ll love your experience.

This place started out nice and then took a turn. My sister in laws finger nails look great. But when it came to out ties getting done we both had issues. They kept trying to convince her to get something she didnt want up to the point that she changed what she wanted done as far as color scheme. I just wanted a simple color change and the lady tried to force other services, and ended up doing something I didnt qant that hurt and caused my nail to break. She “fixed it” but see pic below for 4 hours after I was done. Go here if you must but stick to your guns

It was busy so I had to wait a little while for my pedicure, but they put me in the pedi chair to wait while my feet soaked & I could enjoy the massage chair. I’m very happy with the work done on my toes.
