The first time I came here, I requested Michelle because I heard she was good. But I got some other lady and she did a rush job. I just wanted a simple color and nail shape. Wasn’t like the picture I gave her. So I tried again this type just a white square nail with regular polish. She got upset that I didn’t want to use gel polish. So she rushed again and let acrylic and polish residue on my cuticles and fingers. I would not recommend going here no matter how “nice” they act. That’s how they’re suppose to be.

Took 2 and half for a pedicure. I also need a fill-in. After pedicure, Michelle wants me to wait another hour and half while she helps a customer who came in after me. Then asks me to come in the morning like I do not work. Michelle starts raising her voice with me. I had to ask her “Who is she getting loud with?” At no time did I raise my voice. She gets it together. The man already mess up my pedicure. I see why people come in there and curse her out! Worst customer service ever! She paid part of pedicure. I already stop payment with the bank!

My cuticles are severely cut all around from the drill and hand file! Started off as small talk about me being in cosmology school then quickly turned into the Lady offering me nails classes and then assumed my mother pay for everything! As her words were “ talk to you mom as I’m sure she’ll be the one paying” and remarks like that. I said my mother was not there minutes later she asked me was the only older white lady in there my mother!! I am a 20 year old independent woman who works for what I got that was ridiculous that she continuously brought up how I need “mommy’s” money!

Love my nails. Interaction was amazing, the facility is clean and professional. I only paid $40 for gel polish and coffin shape. But the schedule said they would open 9:00 but the doors opened around 10:20. So I had to wait some time, but it was worth it.

I want to thank Michelle for getting me right after I went to New York nails to get my eyebrows done and they sent a lady who knows nothing about doing eyebrows I want to thank Michelle’s staff for being honest about not knowing how to arch eyebrows.
