Absolutely horrible experience. My acrylic set was removed by ripping off my nails with clippers and popping them off with a nail tip. It was awful and very painful. My cuticle was also ripped and bled. My nails are chunky and we’re not worth what I paid. Do not waste your time or money here. Acrylic nails

I am a 64 year old woman who has ALWAYS PRIDED MYSELF.. in taking care of ME!! Throughout all of these years, even in many different cities…I have gone to more nail salons, spas, etc. Then I could ever count… But, TRUST ME.. Nobody has EVER.. done my nails and toes as well and NATURAL LOOKING as Beautiful Nails!! I see Tammy and she actually LISTENS TO EXACTLY WHAT I WANT.. I moved and although it’s quite a drive for me… it’s worth it’s weight in gold!! So from the bottom of my heart, I believe that you should at least try them one time.. And you will be thanking me!! I get soooo many compliments on both my nails and toes… And feel SOOO GOOD ABOUT MYSELF when I leave.. I would not suggest trying anything new, until you have visited Beautiful Nails. The staff is great and it’s such a fun environment!! Do yourself a FAVOR!!! Go to the best nail salon in the city of Erie.. Enjoy!! And God Bless!!

The nails are really cute and I love them but the customer service was a little off they weren’t very nice and kind of had an attitude but other than that it was pretty good my c was kind of upset because they told her that they didn’t have square nails for a shape which didn’t make sense because the nail first comes in the shape of a square.

I was here on Tuesday to get my full set. Tammy did mine. As I was sitting waiting for them to dry I thought they looked really good then after I left I realized that the top coat was super bubbly and she didn’t put the top coat all the way to the top of the nail so it left this weird uneven line on almost all the nails. I was already nervous to spend the money to get my nails done because I had only done it once before years ago and it turned out terrible. Maybe I’ll try a new place. My set was $20. I guess I got what I paid for.

I totally adore my festive nails! My second time going for a mani pedi and I’ll be going back AGAIN in a few weeks for a fill. It’s a fun and relaxing atmosphere…a wonderful way to treat myself…and their prices are very fair! She did exactly what I asked for from a photo I found on Pinterest. I couldn’t be happier!

Critical: Quality, ValueI’m not sure why the tech used clear acrylics just to paint the tips white. I do not like this technique at all, when I finally realized what she was doing I mentioned it and she brushed it off like it was nothing and continued to do her thing. I typically just get the white acrylics, what’s the point in painting clear ones when I know they have white? I’ve gotten them there before white. You can clearly see the acrylics under because she didn’t paint enough to cover them. She saw the slit on my ring finger and paint is not even.
