IT WAS SO BAD . The color wasn’t the same as what my mother picked . The guy literally kept telling my mom to shhhh and pulled her hand . So ghetto and unprofessional . I literally just paid for her and didn’t get my own nails done . It’s 2022 get it together!!! I’m going to stick to FEI FEI NAILS in bayside ‘ way better than Merrick . So ghetto !

they did such an excellent job! nails were filed perfectly after they offered gel powder to me for a great price. she did a beautiful design with no extra charge and i love the massage after! plus they gave me a really nice smelling lotion 🙂 10/10 recommend

On yesterday I went have my nails done at this salon, however when finished my nails the owner try to insist putting the tip on my Credit Card, I said no because I will pay you cash. Very rude and disrespectful. With that said I proceed to pay by my Credit card the original price only $ 30.00 dollars. The owner kept swiping my Credit Card so many times. I said please stop you’re going to lock my card, as Fraudulent. However his Credit Card was not working properly. So I proceed to go to the ATM to make sure it wasn’t my Card. Come to find out no it was not. As I’m walking, the owner put hands on my pocketbook. I said let go I’m going to pay you. This is not my fault your credit card machine don’t work. So I finally got rid of the owner, went to the ATM got my Balance. Went to Lynbrook Police told what happened. The Police intrstuct me try to do a another purchase. I went to three stores with the same Credit Card bought over 70.00 dollars without any problem. Showed the Police all receipt. Went back to Nail Salon with the Police Officers as a witness that this is paid.

I’ve come here before to get mani and pedi and have had no problems really. When I would get gel manicures here they would chip off within the week though so I stopped going here for those. Well.. decided on a whim to get acrylic nails and they turned out horribly. I Told them very politely I wasn’t happy with the nails and pointed out how the nails on my left hand were uneven to the right. The nails were way too square after I told him I did not want them that way.

My mom and I went there for first time last week for manicures. Terrible experience. Technician clipped mom’s thumb with nail clipper instead of her nail and took out a big chunk of skin. Tech who did my nails left two of my nails totally uneven. First and last time at this salon.

New level of stupidity i walked in for a filling only two people in there gettting a pedicure the guy just tells me i can’t do ur nails how are you in business and tell a customer i can’t do your nails and my nails are done basic. Will never walk in there again!!!

Extremely slow and unorganized. They just leave you to attend other customers and the nail experts are way too slow. I’ve never had to spend an hour just on the pedicure before.
