They know what they are doing. They are extremely welcoming. They are on time, they are quick, they are informative. The process for setting up an appointment is easy and they have all types of options for hairstyles with prices clearly listed out and it comes with a wash. Both of the times I’ve visited I’ve left more than satisfied with my hair, can’t recommend this place enough.

I went to Beautiful Luxe Hair Company to have a relaxer touch up on my roots and to get my hair trimmed. The hairstyle was super cute and I received many compliments. However, getting my hair relaxed was a different story.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueUnfortunately I cannot give this salon any good reviews. I was referred to this salon by my stylist who is no longer doing hair. I went to Erinn with healthy hair and after 3 visits I left with damaged, breakage, hair loss and unhealthy hair! After my last visit when I went home I had discovered I was literally bald in 3 places after my perm was done. How could you not let a client know that hair loss happened after a perm and say nothing, and act as if everything is ok, and let that client leave the salon? The fact that a stylist can do this to a now former client and never acknowledge the negligence and unprofessionalism is beyond me. On top of that before I even got in the chair, I was waiting 10 mins past my appointment time because she was at her station blow drying her hair?
