I got to salon at 11:40ish, stylist never asked what I wanted. At like 1:30 she finally asked, when I showed all she said it was a two hour process, yet never said she wouldn’t do it. Time passed and she never directly told me that she wasn’t going to do it! Being a Sunday they close at two and it’s understandable, what isn’t is the fact that they were careless and unprofessional by having me waiting for so many hours and not even have te decency to tell me that she wasn’t going to do my hair!
