Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in here with hair as long as halfway down my back. I asked for a layered TRIM with about two inches cut off because I have dead ends. I walked out and was charged $55 for uneven shoulder length hair that I in no way asked for.. The trim was insanely rushed, she spent about 10-15 minutes chopping off all my hair. I asked for a trim, not a foot of my hair cut off. I’m honestly astonished at how you could mess something up this bad and then try to convince me its okay then overcharge double the price advertised for it. I’m very confused why this woman thought that it was okay to cut off so much of my hair. This was not a miscommunication or an accident, this is simply an act of carelessness or vindictiveness. If you’re looking for a place to get a couple inches off you are better off at home with a pair of rusty scissors. The way my hair looks makes me really sad because at the moment there is no fixing it because I don’t want it to be any shorter than it already is. I don’t write reviews, especially bad ones for small businesses but I want to prevent others from making the same mistake I did by giving this place a chance for something as simple as a two inches of dead ends being cut off.
