Do NOT go here! They completely disregarded my request for a clean up and to not touch my shape. When I felt she was doing something wrong I asked her to stop and saw that she was literally shaving off my eyebrows (which I prefer on the thicker side) and they were uneven. I don’t know why she did that, clearly unstable, but don’t risk your brows!

I have gone to this place for eyebrow threading on 3 occasions. My 1st experience was OK. The 2nd time was amazing. The 3rd time, which was 2 days ago, was terrible.

I asked for just clean up and she ruined my shape. I am very upset. I noticed bald spots in my eyebrows after her threading as well. Will not come back to this place. Not worth $14 + tip for someone to completely disregard the customer’s wishes.

Don’t do your eyebrows here! After specific instructions from my wife to clean up the brows and not shape the brows, the Attendant did the exact opposite leaving a brow short and misshapen.

When I came to the counter to pay the girl didn’t give me the card reader. Instead she just asked me to give her my card, and also asked me how much tip I wanted to leave to her. This is RUDE. And RACIST. Will never come again.

Same people working there it’s just a rebranding of the same unprofessional, disrespectful company as before. The eye brow threaders are extremely rough and will leave you bleeding with no apologies. I even tried their nail salon downstairs near Nordstrom and had the same lackluster experience with watered down nail polish. Save your money and go elsewhere!
