We are an upscale salon that specialize sin hair color and color correction. Due to the complexity of our services we require a complimentary consultation for all new clients/services. We have a tiered a la carte pricing system consisting of junior stylists through master stylists/colorists and each stylist price varies depending on their level. This allows every beauty budget to be able to afford to come in and benefit from our very skilled staff. All prices on menu are starting prices, we charge extra for very thick/long hair. We have a cancellation policy in place. We require a credit card to be put on file for all appointments 3 hours and longer. If a stylist is running late we will always try and alert you ahead of time.

I am from Columbus, GA and I have been following one of the hair stylist, Karla, on Instagram for quite some time. I LOVE her work and I think she does a phenomenal job with balayage. I wanted her to color my hair for my upcoming wedding and I was willing to drive 6 hours to go see her. I booked a hair coloring appointment back in early February with Karla for my upcoming wedding. The earliest I could get in to see her was July 30th. Well I called a couple weeks before my appointment to confirm my upcoming appointment on the 30th of July and they didn’t have me on the calendar. I thought for sure this had to be a mistake. The receptionist told me that someone moved my appointment date back in April to the first week in August. I told her that no one called me to notify me of this change and I can’t come that week. I informed the receptionist that I am not from there and that I would be driving six hours to go see her. The receptionist then told me that she would contact Karla because she was out of town and that she would get back to me ASAP. Two days go by and I don’t hear anything so I called the salon and the receptionist apologizes for not calling me back. She informs me that Karla is aware of the situation and will be back in the salon the next day and that she would contact me. I then wait two more days and I don’t hear from anyone. I called the salon again and they said that Karla will be back tomorrow and that she would call me to figure something out. I told the receptionist this is the same thing you all told me the last time I called. At this point I am frustrated and highly upset at how unprofessional the receptionist is and the lack of communication with their clients. I told the receptionist not to bother and to cancel my appointment. I am not going to risk driving 6 hours to be told my appointment has been changed or Karla isn’t working. For Karla to do such amazing work, I am surprised that she works at a salon with receptionists who do not inform their clients about when they change their hair appointments or call them back when they say they are going to call ASAP. This type of behavior is unprofessional and is simply poor business.

Not really impressed with how my hair turned out. It honestly looks the same, but with just a wash and small layers. The highlights I got were a bust but as they close at 9pm and my hair wasn’t done till then, I couldn’t really ask them to stay and fix it or change it all together. I won’t be returning. Hopefully I find a salon that can provide what I want.

Canceled appointment after friend went and her hair was wrong color. Not accurate with pricing and very rude, was given different quotes from different workers and left not feeling confident about their ability to do mine properly. Also did not seem worth the price, I found better quality and price someplace else.

Salon is cute and clean. My hair turned out terrible. Probably worst color job I’ve gotten, not at all what I asked for. It’s disappointing that I wasn’t informed when I made my appt that I was getting a new stylist, as I would have asked for someone else. No offense to new stylists but it not worth the expensive price tag.
