Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueBooked an appointment with Jenna for a Devacut and olaplex treatment, went home and washed and styled my hair a few days later and noticed some pieces of my hair were not cut properly. Some weren’t cut at all, left side of my hair was cut in a V, the right side cut straight across, I messaged her about fixing it, she said that she would check her books, I messaged her again about fixing it and what day and never recieved a response. Would not trust her to cut your curls. Horrible customer service and bad business ethics.
