I made an appointment a month ahead before. Because I’m traveling and don’t want to waste my time waiting, I only have that day to do it and have to leave again the next day. I even came 30 minutes early to my appointment time. And turned out the lady I made the appointment took a family to service and I’ve waited for more than an hour. She knows Im there already and have an appointment. I just walked out. Never coming anymore. Waste of time. The purpose of appointment is you be handled on the time you set.

I am a young black african american women and I come to this nail salon all the time. However, the most recent time I came I had an appointment for 10am on my birthday. When i arrived two women were sitting in the foot massage chair. I stated to the owner and the other nail tech that I was there for my 10 am appointment. The both looked at each other laughed and stated something in spanish and continued to work on the women feet. As I stood waiting for a response I asked again to confirm my appointment for 10 am today. The younger nail tech said yes. I then sat in the waiting chair for 2 hours after my scheduled appointment and no one assured me that I was going to get taken care of. A women (hispanic) arrived after me who didn’t have an appointment and was seen before me. I asked the owner how much longer and she said she was going to do my nails after she was done with the lady in the chair. I waited 20 more minutes before walking out. I was so upset that once I left I called the owner and express to her how unprofessional I was treated and it was absurd that I would have to wait 2 hours after my scheduled appointment to be seen. She confirmed that the lady that arrived after me was a walk in and didn’t have an appointment but was seen before me by “accident “ . I will not be returning back to this nail salon ever again.
