I asked for her to clean up the eyebrows , not to shape. Not only did she shape them, she made them extremely thin for my liking. It’s not what I requested. I’m extremely disappointed. Come on people let’s get it together!!. After you provide instructions and you feel confident that they understand, she disregarded and did the opposite. I asked for her to clean up the eyebrows , not to shape. Not only did she shape them, she made them extremely thin for my liking. It’s not what I requested. I’m extremely disappointed. Come on people let’s get it together!!. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am never going back to this place againI used to come often but the staff changed since the pandemicNow I did get my eyebrows threaded which turned out great by the Chinese lady that is there now but the lady Anita did my Brazilian Wax and she was rushing and ruff and left some hair , had an attitude. I think she the only one who does waxing and that’s not good. She is unprofessional and unpleasant and was mad because of the small tip she lucky I gave that and trying to make side deals with the prices. I wouldn’t recommend themIf you big on customer service and professionalism.The women mock you in their language and don’t greet you when you come in unless they know you. I will never go back there again they have changed. I am never going back to this place again

Critical: ProfessionalismSo I used to love this place and would come here all the time to get my eyebrows, and eye extensions done! I had two ladies who I would see on a regular basis, but do to the pandemic, they seem to have downsized their staff. The last two times I went to get my eyebrows threaded, the young lady kept pushing that I get a facial, I’m all for suggestions but she was overly pushy, telling me how much I need it, do I want to schedule an appt now, what days do I have off, telling me what days she’s working so I can come to see her etc…the second time she did this, I was totally over it and don’t plan on returning to this store. So I used to love this place and would come here all the time to get my eyebrows, and eye extensions done! I had two ladies who I would see on a regular basis, but do to the pandemic, they seem to have downsized their staff. Critical: ValueCame here to remove my lashes. First time doing this. The lady pulled my eyelash so hard. I couldn’t even properly open my eyes when she finished. I had to go to the bathroom to try to rinse it out. Meanwhile my left eye is still uncomfortable. I came out with my left eye swollen and red looking like I have allergies. Came here to remove my lashes. First time doing this. The lady pulled my eyelash so hard. I couldn’t even properly open my eyes when she finished. I had to go to the bathroom to try to rinse it out.
