I was hesitant coming here.. honestly I think because it seems like its always dead here and because it’s not exactly an attractive salon/spa. I know that sounds bad! But I learn over and over again to never judge a book by its cover because this place is a gem! My eyebrows have always been very uneven, and they never look good after getting them done. One is always shorter than the other, thicker than the other, one arch is higher than the other, I’ve always hated my brows. So I fill them in 365 with a brow pencil. But I’ve been here many times now and the way Uzma shapes and threads my eyebrows, they FINALLY look even! And when they grow back in, she knows exactly where to thread them every time. I’ve never been so satisfied with the result of my eyebrows. And because she shapes them so well, it cuts down on my time filling them in because the shape is already perfect. Before, I had to spend so much time drawing to get them even. Anyways, I highly recommend this salon. I think I’ve been here at least 10 times now and I’ve never waited in line. Maybe once, and it was no longer than 3 minutes.

I experienced a long wait without an appointment. I had stopped by her shop at least four times that day. But, it was worth it. My brows are really thin. Once she was done, it looked as though I had thick eyebrows. I was impressed and very happy with the results. Uzma is really great at what she does and she even showed me how to use the brow pencil and powder correctly. I have no complaints other than there might be a long wait. Make sure to book an appointment if you can.

I’ve been a customer of Uzma’s since she started threading in the mall. I absolutely love her work, professionalism and clean environment. I use to be skeptical about letting her employees thread my eyebrows but Uzma has trained them well! You won’t regret your visit to Beautiful Brows!

I have had two bad experiences here. The first time I came in right after they opened. I was the only one in there, I sat and waited almost 20 minutes while the girl working there sat and talked on her phone the entire time. I finally got up and left after 20 minutes of sitting and waiting for her to finish her phone conversation. Yesterday I thought I would give this place another try…. same thing happened again. The same girl was on her phone again. She brought me over to do my theeading and never hung up the phone. She was carrying on a conversation while she was theeading my face. I asked her to hang up the phone and not be on it while I was getting my service. She never hung it up, she was on the phone with this person the entire time of my service. Very disappointed!!! Will never be back. I had to pay before the service, so she was given a good tip prior. Had I have know she would be so inconsiderate, I would have given her $0 tip and maybe walked out in the middle of my service since she could not hang up the phone and focus on her client! VERY DISAPPOINTINF & RUDE!

Went in bc Harmony disappeared? Lady was on FaceTime w her kids the whole time. Did them way too thin, not trimmed correctly at all, then when I asked for a brush or smth to get the hair off of my face she handed me a dirty, grimy little plastic eyebrow brush that should have been in the trash a long time ago. Will not be returning.

Definitely recommend this place if you are a eyebrow fanatic, and if you do only and only get it done by UZMA the eyebrow artist you will for sure be addicted and $13 is the price. She does other things like lashes and henna, etc.

It was my first time at this place.The threading lasted over 2 months. I was just surprised that they didn’t put a wrap over your clothing, or wash their hands before each customer.
