Beautiful Brows

Critical: QualityThis place used to be owned by Eyebrow Designer 21 and I was a loyal and consistent customer, because I was obsessed with the look that they were able to achieve with threading. In the middle of the pandemic, it became Beautiful Brows. The person helping me the first time I went told me that it was her first day and I trembled in the chair. It didn’t turn out that bad, she really just didn’t take anything off nor attempt to shape my brows but it definitely could have been worse. Three months later, I decide to give them a second chance and this was just pitiful. I sat in the chair for 5 minutes, compared to 10-15 like it should normally take. She made straight lines with my brows. Literally. And she kept saying that it was good, that she did good. I will not be giving my business to Beautiful Brows, and I HIGHLY suggest (as a fellow woman) that you do not risk your brows and subsequent facial structure by coming here. The lady seemed as though she had no experience in threading. My brows looked like she barley took any hair off and they were not shaped at all. I just moved to the area and was looking for someone who dose threading. I came across this place and I must say that I will NOT return. I was in the chair for less the 2 minutes. The lady seemed as though she had no experience in threading. My brows looked like she barley took any hair off and they were not shaped at all. I actually left there and had to go to another place to get them done properly. This place is a no go!

Positive: ValueThe woman who did my brows was super sweet and patient 🙂 she checked in every so often to see if I needed any adjustments and was quick. Also it’s very affordable! Just make sure you make it clear hat you want and it’ll be fine.

Critical: Quality, ValueI have gotten my eyebrows threaded for the past eight years in many different states and by many different people. There have been great brows and meh brows, but this has to be the worst I’ve ever had. I told her I had been growing them out for about a year after someone had threaded them too thin and so I wanted to keep them thick and just cleaned up and trimmed. I also paid for tinting. She ended up taking off half an inch off the end of my right brow and tried to connect the empty space with the tint so it would dye my skin. Then she had the gall to say I should just fill them in with powder (AFTER I GOT THEM THREADED AND DYED) and tried to sell me some powder too. I saw some iffy reviews before I came here but thought if I was explicit enough in what I wanted that it would be fine. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and am so sorry I did. I just paid $25 so I can continue to fill in my eyebrows. I honestly don’t know how she is still in business and if you are considering taking a chance on this place DO. NOT. DO. There have been great brows and meh brows, but this has to be the worst I’ve ever had.
