They chopped up my long hair I came in to get long layers, came out with short , choppy layers!!! I’m super depressed, no literally took me four years for my hair to grow as long as it was and now all gone. I went in and was supposed to have an appointment w Yeini but instead when I got there she told Giselle to do it. Giselle was super nice and all but she didn’t give me long layers she gave me short layers and choppy bangs and it also feels like she thinned it out so bad it low key looks like I have a mullet all of this right before the holidays.. didn’t even want to refund my money.. sad Before & After:

If I could rate zero stars I would… I went in when the expectation of getting the top of my hair BROWN not black and the bottom RED not purple. I wasn’t depressed before but I sure am now. Wow!! I am in complete awe! I love love love this place I found my new beauty place, I will never go anywhere else to cut my hair! The owner is amazing, honest, sweet and super welcoming!! I went in for a perm, but the girl who did it seemed nervous and like she never done one b4. The rollers were not tight they were very lose (i’ve gotten perms b4 dif states) i asked her if the curls were tight enough and she said yes, i washed my hair after 72 hrs but the curls disappeared in less than a month later. Time and money wasted, i tried to be friendly with the stylist during the process but she was standoffish. 1st and last time i’ll ever go here. Seems like they don’t use high quality products yet their services are very expensive.
