Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to Molly, basically to get some red off my face. She suggested the BBL and laser on top of that. Yes, she got rid of some red at that time and lots of brown spots. But I felt like there were still a lot of red issues that I thought would be gone the first time, so I went back a second time and she use some thing like clear silk, I believe. Then, she did laser on top of that, which hurt very much. After I went home from that time, that very night, two areas that she had over done with that hurtful laser had oozed and bled and now they are scabs. I went back for her to see it and get it right. I asked for money back but she said no I couldn’t have any because the two areas she did were for free with her laser. So, I got free laser and scabs to boot. I felt she was very unprofessional and I did not appreciate having my skin damaged without any compensation.
