I would not go here ever again. I paid $90 for a dip manicure, the most I’ve ever paid in my 32 years of life for nails, on Sunday. The following Tuesday I walked in with my infant because the middle finger nail broke right off, within 48 hours. I just was looking to have them repair my one nail.. I was dismissively told to come back later that day or another day in the week after explaining I couldn’t because I work full time & this was my only day off. I would’ve been ok if they even fixed me in between soaking someone else’s nails off or if they had to go back and forth, to accommodate a mother with a baby with a single broken nail within 48 hours of the manicure. There was zero effort to fit me in. I didn’t spend almost $100 on nails for them to break 2 days later or to walk around for days with one nail completely gone because they had no time for me. Not to mention my fingers ached because they were all cut up from the filing as you can clearly see the cuts on my cuticles In the picture, that does not look like a $100 dip manicure from 48 hours prior regardless of what their prices are set at. And you can’t see under the nails where I can’t even grab things because how sore they are. I was less than impressed with that kind of “customer care” and their prices are astronomical not to mention. I will not be going back here and would not recommend unless you’re one of their rich regulars
