Beauti nails is a very nice salon filled with the nicest staff. My needs are always met and I’m always leaving happy. They offter pedicures, manicures, gel polish. Sns dip powder and regular polish. They take their time when working on you and always check to make sure you are happy before leaving. If something happens to said nails and needs to be fixed, they are amazing at fixing the nail of no charge. Absolutely can’t say enough positive stuff about this nail salon.

Clean clean clean! I think the biggest issue I have ran into in Owatonna is other nail salons are not properly sanitizing equipment and cleaning. It grosses me out to a whole new level and this is the only salon I have seen do it. I am always satisfied with the work they do and they take their time to provide quality work even when there is a line. They don’t rush to get your nails done to move on to the next person. Quality, friendly, clean, and professional.

I went there with my cousin to get her nails done for her birthday and for a trip I was going on. Both of our nail techs were very rough and there was no conversation what so ever. My cousin got acrylics and her stylist left her cuticles hanging and was just very sloppy. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I have been going to Beauti nails for a long time. I’ve had good and not so good experiences. My last one, however topped the bad. I came in for a pedicure and the customer service lady began running the water and asked me to step my feet in. Needless to say the water was Luke cold. I was rather surprised and she noticed this, and immediate turned the hot water on and she scaulded the top of my left foot. I jumped and removed my foot from the water. She acted like nothing happened. I was clearly upset. I told the owner and he didn’t care. I’m done giving my money to a business that provides a service not caring about the customer. I will go somewhere else where my $$ are appreciated!
