Positive: ProfessionalismMy daughter is doing really well in school this year, and I wanted to treat her to a special day! She is very much a girly girl, and loves to get her nails done, so I took her for a manicure and pedicure. What a great little salon! They treated my girl like a little princess, and it was so clean and inviting.I found out they will allow you to host events here like bridal showers, baby showers, birthday celebrations, etc where we can have a private party and have the salon to ourselves (you can bring in food). Positive: Professionalism, QualityI was reading up on their reviews and they have The Best Pedicure. I tried the Best Pedicure and the Best Manicure and I was not disappointed. It is not like any other salons. My nails came out perfect!!! Shaped and polished. I am extremely picky. I have found my spot! So worth the drive and price. Everyone was so professional. I was reading up on their reviews and they have The Best Pedicure. I tried the Best Pedicure and the Best Manicure and I was not disappointed. It is not like any other salons. My nails came out perfect!!! Shaped and polished. I am extremely picky. I have found my spot! So worth the drive and price. Everyone was so professional. The place was clean. I felt like I was at a resort spa.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI really had high hopes for this place because it is convenient and close. I have gone times before but thew prices were very high. I wasn’t going to go back but I no other knowledge of other places. But let me tell you this place over charges, is understaffed, the wait times are long and the amount of unprofessionalism I witness is appalling. I walked in and there were only two nail techs working. There was already a lady there, who was very drunk. The manager, Asher, kept giving this lady more alcohol to the point where she didn’t want to leave. She was obnoxious and kept raising her voice at people. I should have just left given that situation was a red flag. During the entire nail appointment I felt uncomfortable and not pampered like other reviews. Once I sat down at the manicure table, I waited over 30 for a nail tech to come and assist me. I requested a specific nail tech while scheduling my nail appointment, but I did not receive the nail tech I requested. My appointment was at 3:30 and I was out of there around 5:30. Once the nails were done, it was time to pay. I got charged $50 for a gel manicure!!! I was in shock, I have never paid this much for a gel manicure in my life. I really had high hopes for this place because it is convenient and close. I have gone times before but thew prices were very high. I wasn’t going to go back but I no other knowledge of other places.
