I only used the spa at cosmos because my gift card could not be used for the salon. I love my hair stylist Carolina and that’s why I go there. They should make it more customer friendly and let someone spend their gift card how they would like. I do think Lisa is great but $35 for a brow shaping is extremely high but the facial was amazing and I’d get another one for sure.
