Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon!!!!. I’ve been here twice and was very disappointed both times. I’m not sure why I wasted my money. I waited over and hour, the tech rushed, tired to over charge me, the tech had me on FaceTime without my consent. The first time I went, the mail tech yell at me because I complained about my nails not being even. Horrible service all the way around! I had to go to another salon to get my nails fixed. I went to this salon a few months ago. The man who did my acrylics filed my natural nails too close to the skin. My fingertips would burn and hurt when I’d touch things after I got them done. My nails were even more brittle than they would’ve been after removing the acrylics. They immediately started breaking every time they’d start to grow out.

Showed up at 6:15pm for a pedicure and was refused service stating that they were closed as they were actively working with a customer and the doors were open with the Open sign still on and they are listed as open to 7pm on the front door and on Google.
