Horrible experience. No one greeted for about 15min. Then when I was rudely asked “can I help you” I was only trying to make an appointment for my fiancé. I then waited another 15 min. My wife has been going there for years, always because of the in and out. For Mother’s Day I bought her a GC to use at her leisure. Today 5/15/2022 she decided to cash in but to her displeasure, OP Nails is closed. So I called the business and surprisingly someone answered and said that they had relocated to TOP Nails. They also asked for the GC number, which I did not have at the time. 3 minutes later, I called that same number back because to give them the GC number because I had talked to my wife and she actually coincidentally walked into TOP nails which is 1 minute away, to get our daughter and her nails done. I decided to call TOP nails to figure out what is really going on, the person who answered the phone said the people from OP nails only work at TOP nail and not own it. The GC are not the same. Sounds a lot like I just got ripped off.

Critical: QualityI went in for a acrylic fill and my cuticles were cut horribly….. 3 of my nails have scabs on the cuticles from how much they filed them down. I wish I could say it was a pleasant experience other than that but the nail tech was not really friendly either which dampened the experience further. I will not be returning. Please work on customer service skills AND nail care. I went in for a acrylic fill and my cuticles were cut horribly….. 3 of my nails have scabs on the cuticles from how much they filed them down. I wish I could say it was a pleasant experience other than that but the nail tech was not really friendly either which dampened the experience further. I will not be returning. I took my daughter to get a manicure for homecoming. The guy did a good job and the environment was nice, but they are on the high end for their services. I usually get my nails done at another place & my daughter wanted to find out how much a full set with gel would cost…when the guy said $50, we about fell out! Most places around the area, including the place I go, is $35 for a full set with gel & the place I go (Sunny’s) is rated very highly in the reviews, so more money doesn’t equal quality services. I’m giving this place a 4 star because they did a good job, but they’re priced a bit on the high side.

I really liked my experience while I was there. Very relaxing and the woman who did my pedicure and gel manicure did a good job and was very nice! However I am a little disappointed with how long my gel manicure lasted…usually I can push about two weeks out of it by this one lasted me 4 days before they started lifting 🙁 I have had my nails done for about 5 days now and half of my fingers have gel polish already missing..

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have never had a bad experience here. The owner is very nice and so are the staff. I recently went to have a pedicure an hour before closing and they gave me the same level of service as they normally would…which is great. They didn’t do a rush jobs. Although I’m sure they wanted to go home, they treated me well.
