Critical: ProfessionalismI made an online appointment with Lisa for a gel full set. She started on my nails, then one of her regular clients entered the nail shop (with no appointment), and saw Lisa working on me. She was about to sit in the waiting area and wait for her turn, but Lisa stopped in the middle of doing my nails to work on the other person’s! With no explanation or apology! Very rude and unprofessional. Then whoever continued to work on my nails (I can’t remember his name) did the worst job I have ever had. My nails were not properly shaped and they were slanted upwards. I could only take looking at my nails for maybe two weeks before I cut them off. An absolute waste of money. I made an online appointment with Lisa for a gel full set. She started on my nails, then one of her regular clients entered the nail shop (with no appointment), and saw Lisa working on me. She was about to sit in the waiting area and wait for her turn, but Lisa stopped in the middle of doing my nails to work on the other person’s! With no explanation or apology! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueYesterday afternoon, I visited this salon for a second time. I had a pedicure and manicure with dip polish. I left with polish residue around my cuticles (after multiple attempts by myself and the tech to remove), as well as, raw cuticles from the grinding tools. By the evening, the top layer of my polish on a few fingers had started peeling. By this morning, all my nails were peeling. I was forced to clean off all the peeling in an attempt to make it at least look halfway acceptable. My cuticles are still raw. Unfortunately, I was unable to get ahold of the salon – probably due to the fact it is the 4th of July, but I’m hoping for a refund. Yesterday afternoon, I visited this salon for a second time. I had a pedicure and manicure with dip polish. I left with polish residue around my cuticles (after multiple attempts by myself and the tech to remove), as well as, raw cuticles from the grinding tools.
