My boyfriend and I went for pedicures on the last night of our vacation and the service was great – ladies were very personable and made the experience relaxing & fun. However, by the time I got home, two hours later, 2 of my gel toe nails had completely fallen off. My niece looked at me and said “Aunty, why did you only get 8 toes painted?” After dropping over $100 on 2 pedicures and an eyebrow wax, I feel very disappointed in the quality of the work that was performed. I left straight from vacation to go to a work conference and didn’t have time to go back to get them fixed the next day.

The place was nice but the person who did my nails really hated his job or he just didn’t want to do my nails. While the person I came with had EXCEPTIONAL service. I didn’t even get a chair for a manicure and was told there were none, yet other people sat down after me. No hand massage either – Less than 15 mins for a manicure and polish.

I love Ryan and every-time I’m usually happy but this time he rushed because it was super busy and had a bad attitude which isn’t normal for him. Critical: Quality, ValueThe nails look beautiful when leaving BUT they do not last until your next fill. I bartender for years and have had a nail break once. I’ve been here 3 or 4 times now and I’ve had nails chipped and break off every time. The technicians are sweet but I’m not paying for one week of pretty nails for the acrylics to just rip off.

Excellent experience here this morning 9/7. Got most expensive pedicure and also an eyebrow wax. Kim was excellent. So sweet and did a perfect job!! Will return for the same service as needed. Highly recommend! Pedicure, Waxing
