Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI love my nails. I have seen that if you don’t like your nails for any reason, they will make it right to make sure you love them. I had leaves applied to my nails yesterday and they didn’t stick, so they called me back in and fixed it. I didn’t have to wait long, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! I love my nails. I have seen that if you don’t like your nails for any reason, they will make it right to make sure you love them. I had leaves applied to my nails yesterday and they didn’t stick, so they called me back in and fixed it. I didn’t have to wait long, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! I’ll be coming back!!!

Went to Beaute Nails today and visited with Helen. She is fantastic, does a beautiful job with my nails .. always… no matter what I ask her to do it’s always beautiful. And I had someone new today doing my pedi but he was just great did a beautiful job and even sang for us. Then Helen did my lip and eyebrows I had myself a full day of beauty … and left feeling wonderful !!! Thank you Helen

Henry sucks. His customer service was horrible. He was on the phone The majority of the time not listening at all. I was trying to tell him that you’re cutting my nails too short. He rushed through and the job looks terrible it was messy. He started cutting my nails too short too fast. These are my natural nails no tips. After I said I want them medium length. I had very long nails and he just started cutting. The only reason I continued with the service was I’m going to attend my 30th class reunion.

I got gel nails , I didn’t get the name of the nail tech but he was quick and efficient I love how my nails turned out. The only issue I had was he hit my skin with the drill and didn’t acknowledge me jumping back, it was obvious because there was bleeding. Although overall I can’t truly complain about the services I received my nails are exactly what I asked for and they look great.
