I visited the salon at their grand opening and was excited to try because it is in my neighborhood. There was a special on the front window that they were doing a free tint with an eyebrow waxing. I do not remember the name of my technician but I definitely had a bald spot in my left eyebrow after service (which I noticed more acutely when I looked in my vanity mirror in my car) and when Iwent to pay at register I was told the special on the window for free tinting did not apply that day (there were no restrictions listed) needless to say I will not be returning.

But at my very first appointment at Beaute Boutique I was absolutely amazed at the very chic design of her establishment (modern clean lines), the cleanliness and friendliness. It’s very clean and modern. Everyone is very friendly, polite and professional. The staffing has impeccable skills. Hea Ven did my eyelashes. She removed all my old lashes previously done by another professional and gave me a beautiful new set of lashes that look soooooo natural!!! She’s truly gifted…very meticulous. Her skills are waaaay above standard… her artistry, symmetry and technique are top notch… The BEST IN CLEVELAND! Then there’s Reesie… she did my brows the same day I got my gorgeous lashes done. She tinted and waxed them to perfection! I want a facial next Ms. Reesie ♀️ . Outstanding work ladies. Thank you.

My service with heaven was very relaxing, laid back, and calming. I didn’t feel a thing, i explained to her the last person that did my lashes I felt them putting them on little pinching on my eyes and it was very uncomfortable and with heaven I felt nothing and I am more comfortable with getting my lashes done by her again. It was very clean and smelt good in there. She is an very understanding and generous person can’t wait till my next appointment. And my lashes are beautiful thank you again

After my free consultation, booking my Microshading appointment with Heaven was a joy from start to finish. She has great patience and shared the process each step of the way. I was nervous since this was my first time and I had read horror stories about results from others. But not from Heaven, my brows turned out great. I won’t lie when I first saw them immediately after I thought they were a little bigger and darker than I wanted. Heaven assured me they would soften and she was absolutely right. 7 days later, I’m loving them and they are perfect! More importantly, I no longer have to fill them in with eyebrow pencils. If you’re on the fence about getting Microshading, I’d say go for it. You won’t regret it, she’s awesome

The shop is very clean and I felt very comfortable there during my service. I have had my micro blading done several times before but this by far has been the best experience. I have had several compliments already and even referred my grandsons child care provider.
