Critical: QualityI absolutely would not recommend this place! The lady who did my nails kathy who is also the manager apparently was to worried about everything else going on around her then the client Infront of her. She got up about 25 times. I kept telling her my nails were crooked and didn’t look right. They were also extremely thick. I’ve never had nails this thick before. I absolutely would not recommend this place! The lady who did my nails kathy who is also the manager apparently was to worried about everything else going on around her then the client Infront of her. She got up about 25 times. I kept telling her my nails were crooked and didn’t look right. They were also extremely thick. I’ve never had nails this thick before. I used to think this was the best place for nails until July when a young man was giving me a pedicure. He told me if I didn’t get a gel pedicure they wouldn’t last two days. He just wanted me to spend more money. I didn’t get the gel and he kept shaking his head. Plus he went so fast I didn’t even enjoy the pedicure. Also I love my finger nails being done by a few people there. I called a day or two in advance to ask for them. When I get there the person I asked for starts but soon jumps up and let’s another person who I’ve never had before do my nails. This has happened 3 times. This makes me sad I might have to find a new place.

They Over charge for things they really don’t do..go somewhere else it’s less money they charged me more money for ombre when she didn’t do ombre. I asked for glitter tips and she said ohh it would be pretty to brush it up the nail..I’m not dumb she just didn’t want to make the ends perfect line straight it saved her time ..whatever it looked ok but then I get the check out and he said 10.00 more for ombre bs..absolutely bs that’s a last for me..

This place was nice when it first opened. Now it’s simply a meat market: how many customers can get into seats. Even if they won’t be served for some time. One time I was so frustrated with the wait on the couch that I left, yet Kathy ran after me to put me in a pedi chair to wait. Nail Story in the next shopping center is nice, clean, attentive, and they give you a deal if paying cash.

If I could give them zero stars I would!!!!! Absolutely horrible, I told the nail tech I wanted long coffin nails. He then tells me it would be an extra $10 for the length, an extra five dollars for the shape I told him thats fine. But he proceeded to do them short. I told him I do not like them I want them longer, I then show him the exact length I wanted my nails but he then continued to do them short and tell me how I should want them to look natural and next time I come I can get them longer. I’m paying for the service I know how I like my nails DONT try to tell me what you want to do just so you can get me out the chair fast. I absolutely hate going to Asian owned nail salons they’re all about quantity and not quality. It’s never about if the customer is satisfied and actually love the nails. First and last time going to this establishment.

Had to wait over 30 minutes despite having an appointment and was rewarded with the thickest and most overpriced nails I have ever received. Language barrier makes it very difficult to communicate and the result looked nothing like what I wanted. Very disappointing and absolutely don’t understand the good reviews.

I love it. I love the way they do nail sculpting instead of nail tips. Also, I like the liquid acrylic it has a more natural look to it. They haven’t disappointed me.

Such an inviting atmosphere. My girls were able to get nails done and were treated as adult customers. They go above and beyond any other place. Everyone is friendly and take their time ensuring the best customer service!
