Do Not trust Emily! I used her for my daughters hair for over a year and spent tons of money on extensions. She recommended tape in. So that’s what we did. $600 later and they didn’t last so she recommended fusion. I paid her $300 in cash because she said she got a little discount. Ok, no problem we had been friends so I trusted her. Well when she said they were in we made an appointment and she proceeded to say that she didn’t order them from the site we normally used that she had to order them from a different site because Donna Bella’s site was down. I trusted her. Paid $300 for her to put them in, even bought the special brush. They were aweful. They tangled and she everywhere. So few months later I contacted her and said that I would like to get them taken out and gave her another $300 to order from Donna Bella. So when they came in my daughter went up there and it did take her a while because they were so knotted, she even had to cut some out. By then it was late and They were both tired she charged $300 and didn’t even put them back in. I still have her the benefit of the doubt and knew she had spent a lot of time. Well fast forward 5 months I asked her for the extensions thinking she saved them. Nope, she said she “got rid” of them. And she would try to make things right. I told her I just wanted my $300 back and she proceeded to tell me she saw my daughter a month later at Walmart and she had fresh highlights so she assumed we weren’t going back to her. And that it was as considered abandoned property and she could do what she wanted to with them. Texting and calling didn’t work so at this point I’m washin my hands and obviously she needed the money more so just a warning!
