Susan understands hair. I went for a short style many months ago. Despite three previous stylists viewing the pics of what I was looking for, getting out their scissors, and running my credit card, all 3 were unable to gauge the texture and curl of my hair in relation to the style that I was looking for. Susan (the fourth stylist since going short) was spot on. She looked at the photos of the cuts I liked and we had a real conversation about what would and would not work for me. I love my cute short hair-do! Go see Susan if your other stylist just doesn’t seem to be listening to you or just doesn’t get the job done right. Susan will!

I don’t even know where to begin raving about this business! Susan, the owner, worked on my hair, and the services I received were a haircut, blow dry, and flat iron. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a lot of professionalism, timeliness, and excellent service overall! I love the haircut that Susan gave me and I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend you get your hair care services at this salon.

Well, I saw great reviews, just called to book an appointment and the first thing the guy asks for is my credit card information and tells me about their cancellation policy and how I’ll be charged if I no-show. Kind of a weird first impression. Then, 15 minutes later after asking about my color, thickness, length of my hair and a hold plus checking someone out, he tells me I need to wait 3.5 weeks for a root touch up and how it will be tough to match my store bought color…but I never said I used store bought color. I said I used a pink tinted conditioner for my natural highlights. When I laughed about waiting 3 weeks for a root touch up with the owner, he proceeds to offer me another appointment 4.5 weeks out. Very bad first impression and he sounded bored and exacerbated by the whole call. No thank you! I’ll keep looking.

She is an incredible stylist!Additionally, this was my first trip to a salon in a LONG time and I was very careful to find a venue with excellent health and safety practices in place. Beau Totale Salon did not disappoint in the least! From the moment I entered the door there were safety measures in place (everyone in masks and wearing them effectively, very comfortable warming/cleaning hand cloths, hand sanitizer, no-touch temperature checks of guests (and I was told daily employee checks), I saw consistent cleaning of surfaces, tools, etc., the staff washed their hands frequently, and more). I felt INCREDIBLY safe, and the owner let me know the salon has passed every health and safety check with flying colors – I believe it!Thank you for the above-and-beyond efforts, Mary & the Beau Totale staff! I love Beau Totale. Very nice salon and, while I haven’t tried all their services, I can wholeheartedly recommend master stylist Sung. Sung has been styling my hair for many years now, and I always receive compliments, even weeks after it’s grown out. He’s expertly styled it both long and super-short and everything in between. Fabulous scalp massage, too! Sung is the best.
