She has incredible styling skills and unbelievable color skills! (I’m a red head & that’s not easy to match & make look natural.) I walk in needing some TLC and every time I walk out, Stephanie has me feeling gorgeous! Her expertise and customer service are better than 5 Stars! Called in yesterday and spoke with someone on the phone. I’ve never been to the salon and was hoping they could fit me for a quick trim. Luckily they were able to fit me in but when I showed up (15 minutes early) for the scheduled appointment they had no record of anything. I would have kept calling around to find another salon had they been transparent. Also, rushed around all day to make it fit in their schedule. Not sure how well they actually cut hair but their customer service is .
