My entire service (pedicure and UV gel fill in) felt very rushed. I wanted a designed on my ring finger and ended up with a comical parody of what I wanted. Additionally, every time I tried to clarify what I wanted I was made to feel like an inconvenience. My cuticles were not tended to AT ALL, no push back, no trim. I ended with nails that were a color I did not really want, a design I do not really like and I still have rough cuticles. Very disappointed and will probably not be returning.

I think I finally found my Stamford nail salon! Really nice pedicure, no “ouch” moments that happen too often. Had “spa pedicure” for $55, which was expensive compared to state I moved here from, but not unexpected as everything is more expensive in Fairfield Cty! Best part is they offer back massages, which I had for 15min while pedicure was drying—was fantastic! What a great idea, have not seen that elsewhere. Lots of cleaning being done while I was there for those who had downtime, and they called out a goodbye by name though it was my first visit. I was very pleasantly surprised! Will return.

The service was good but was overshadowed by one woman’s poor attitude when trying to TIP. She took my card charged it 128$ and when I asked if she could add a tip on she got upset we didn’t have cash on us. IM TRYING TO GIVE YOU MORE MONEY how that results in an attitude is beyond me. I asked for my card back when i was still receiving my pedicure and she told me get it from the front with an aweful attitude. AFTER A PAYMENT WAS ALREADY MADE. I found that completely disrespectful. Then they recharged my card another 168$ to add the tip and now it’s 2 days since my service was provided and still no refund for the 128$ very disappointed first time customer.

Great experience! We visited right after their post-Covid reopening, and the salon was clean and safety measures were in place. Our pedicures were relaxing and well done. Would definitely visit again.

I got a gift certificate for this nail salon , upon entering it was very nice , lady who did my mani and pedi named Tory was ok. I tried to make conversation but it was a very one sided convo. Which made it very boring . Once asked to pay I presented my gift certificate, she stated tax would be $2.00 I pulled my card out because I did not have cash on me and I also told her to apply the tip on there .She said tip was cash only and that she could not charge tax on my card . I then went to a few atms at local business around the area . Which weren’t working so I told her . The lady behind the desk who I believe to be the owner approached me in a extremely aggressive manner telling to put tip on the card as well as the tax , which I agreed to . The aggressive manner in which she came at me with a very nasty attitude made this the worst experience of my life !!!! And she made sure to yell out “next time bring cash only” . Never again am I coming ! Ever!
