I tried this place after reading the reviews. I usually go somewhere else, but since I was nearby at the beauty supply store, I tried this location. First off, I LOVE MY NAILS. She did an excellent job on what I wanted. I’m VERY WELL PLEASED. I also appreciate their pricing, and like the fact that because it’s affordable, doesn’t mean they give you cheap service. I also received an eyebrow wax, and although my eyebrows are perfect, the experience is rough. She isn’t gentle at all, with the tweezing either. The salon isn’t the most prettiest, but it’s clean enough, and I watched them sanitize properly after each client. The customer service is okay, it could be better, but I think depending upon the language barrier it can be great or just good enough to get you through. I would recommend them because I don’t believe they will disappoint you!

When I tell you I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO UPSET ABOUT MY NAILS EVER IN MY LIFE UNTIL I CAME HERE!!! First of all the pedicure took all of 10mins! Then the I had to keep correcting the lady on how to paint my toes! My toes are sloppy! Then she changed the dip powder I had for my hands and now my hands and feet don’t match! That’s my biggest pet peeve! I wouldn’t recommend a dog to go here! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

They don’t deserve any stars! Absolutely the WORST manicure (and cheapest) I have ever had! The nail tech paid no attention to detail. They look soooo unprofessional. I guess you live and learn……..you pay for what you get! Will NEVER go back to this shop!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityPoor service! I went there yesterday for my 1st time. I walked in and greeted them but they all ignore me. I sat there for 15min before the gentleman asked what I wanted. He did my full set in less than 15min ( don’t be too excited because he was rushing). I had to keep showing him a finger was missing gel or the nail was uneven. Worse!!! I got my toes done too. I timed the lady without her knowing it she did exactly 7:33 min. I’ve been getting my nails done with Tina for 19 years now. She is awesome! I never have to tell her what I want done or how I want my nails. They are a very busy salon so I ALWAYS make an appointment. If you walk in, don’t get mad that someone with an appointment goes before you, even if you’ve been waiting. It’s common sense people! This happens every time I’m there… someone gets upset that I walk in and sit down.. because I have an appointment.
