My experience has gotten worse and worse every time I go there. Very unprofessional. Are they even licensed professionals. Yes, they are good for a wash and set, anything else please don’t do that to your hair. The owner knows her stuff and maybe one other lady knows something, but the owners daughter is rude and very pushy. Knows nothing (maybe only English) she translates for her mom. Runs to handle the hair of customers, but is not qualified to do so. Please beware. Will cause some serious damage to your hair. I felt like suing them for damaging my hair. Everyone needs training.

I came here on a walk in. The service was more than excellent. Everyone is nice and really friendly. The prices are beyond reasonable! I would recommend my neighbors and friends to come here for service. Oh and Paula did my hair and she is a fantastic hairdresser!

The staff here is RUDE! They can’t blow hair out properly and they all have attitudes! This place is gross! Very bad customer service. The girl at the front desk is a nasty person! All she does is talk on the phone and walk around in belly shirts! Very unprofessional! Ever since new management this place has been run down! All of the old amazing beauticians left! Go to Elmont and go to K&K or Blancas! They’re very nice and can do hair much better!

Owner is very welcoming every time I come in. Service is fast and thorough. End results are always great. They do blowouts, braiding, sew-ins, and wigs. They also have hair and hair products for sale.
