The staff are very friendly. They are usually busy, but do their best to get you in and still do a great job. One of my daughters favorite nail salons in Beatrice because they are gentle with her nails and are very kind. Sometimes the dip doesn’t last as long as I would like, but the prices are great and they will fix issues if you don’t like it.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I went to the location on Court street first, and it was not busy. But they would not do my nails here and insisted that I go to the North location. Once I arrived there, one person started on my nails. Then got up to go work on someone else. Then the woman from the other location arrived and started working on mine. There was no manicure done at all. Just the dip. It took 2 1/2 hours because she would work on mine for a few minutes, then go work on someone else’s. Then on to a third customer, before finally coming back to finish mine. I had to point out multiple flaws several times and she still did not fix them correctly. This is definitely not the cleanest place. I did not see anyone sanitizing their equipment. Or clean between customers. The customer service is horrible. In addition, they have a young lady working in there that is not licensed. She told me she was not. I will be reporting them to the state.

Definitely will not be back. I showed the guy doing my nails a reference picture several times of my nails when I’ve had them done before and the only thing that looks similar is the color I picked out (the reference pictures were from my last dip powder set). I wanted them short with an almond shape, should be fairly simple, but apparently not. I had to request him to shorten them several times and they’re still way too long. He started to square them off and I had to stop him ans show the picture again. Some are oval and some are almost almond but none are the same. I also have lifting on 3 nails at the cuticle on 3 nails and they were just done on Thursday.

My friend and I went to get our nails done for prom. It was great that they accepted walk-ins but when we were done both of our nails looked like they were rushed and looked terrible. I asked for white french tip with sparkles in almond shape. The gentleman who did my nails was great but the lady who painted my nails was in such a rush none for the lines were straight. My friend asked for white coffin with some blue marbling but when she got done the “marbling” looked like a child drew three line on her nails. I paid $55. Friend paid $60. Not worth the money. We will not ever be going there again.

if i could give 0 stars i would. this place is absolutely horrible and dirty. I tired them 3 times because i am new to town and each time i was disappointed. i had to wait over 2 hours all 3 times, my nails were sore and my cuticles would bleed after each visit and they don’t sanitize their stuff. they move from person to person and don’t clean their tools, it’s absolutely disgusting. how this place is still in business beats me. My boyfriend got a pedicure here also one time and he got an infection and he has some nerve damage now due to how rough they were and they used the same tools from a different person. each time my nail shape has been wrong, they don’t soak your nails off, they rip them off with a fake nail which is extremely painful, they are always rushing and over booking. Horrible place and i will not be returning.

Love this place. They always do a great job. My suggestion if you can go on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Those days are slow for them.If you just walk in on a Saturday, you will have to wait.

Critical: QualityI made an appointment on the phone, and asked for gel extensions, I got in the salon and they told me they don’t call it gel extensions but it’s the same thing. What the nail tech did was clear acrylic with shellac on top. Which was not what I asked for, the shellac is uneven, the clear acrylic had little black dots in it which isn’t visible on the white nails but on my ring fingers she didn’t put a base color on first so you can see it. And when she was turning my cuticles she cut them so I have little scabs on my cuticles. What the nail tech did was clear acrylic with shellac on top. I used them 3 times. Twice I waited over 45 minutes while others walked in. I finally just walked out. If they didn’t have time, they should have told me that when I walked in and asked. I will not be returning Manicure

We called the see if they accepted walk-ins. They do. We couldn’t find the place. She called us on our phone. Helped us with directions. The staff was very friendly. My daughter wanted her nails done. She had her Christmas money. And seeing this that she liked on Tik-Tok. She showed them the design . Then that’s what they did for her. The lady was so nice she said she take $5 off for her. My daughter love the end results. I believe she will go back again.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI would give it a zero but it won’t let me but let’s get to the point me and my friend made an appointment at 12:30 to get our nails done for our dance the night we got the them done and they said they weren’t busy and we thought okay we should be back home before 2 right? Wrong they were really busy and would go to everyone else and get them done and they leave we sat there for three hours waiting to get our nails done and when they did get to us they did our nails wrong we both wanted coffin shaped and short (since we’re nurses) and they put the acrylic powder on without asking what shaped we wanted… and before I forget there was this nice lady with her family before us and she wanted to get French tipped gel nails she never did get them because how lazy they were… and I’ve started to notice that I had a big gap the next between my cuticle and the acrylic nail. I was so mad and frustrated and I called sister in law and asked that was okay and everything because she does my nails when I go see her so I know what each step is and she told me no and to never go back to this place again, so will I come back here? I would give it a zero but it won’t let me but let’s get to the point me and my friend made an appointment at 12:30 to get our nails done for our dance the night we got the them done and they said they weren’t busy and we thought okay we should be back home before 2 right?
