Do NOT go here!!! I came from another shop with my nails already prepped. All she had to do was dip, fix and I’m out. BUT – that’s not what happened. I was charged an extra $10 because I complained about the shape not being coffin but squareval AND for long lengths. Neither is the case in the photo. PLUS, my nails were drilled BEFORE I came so she didn’t have to. But she drilled my cuticles 3 times and knicked me twice and got upset when I said something to her. I DO NOT recommend this shop at all.

Trust me go somewhere else! This is the worst nail shop i have ever been to they talk about you in their language if u complain about anything i feel if im paying their high prices my nails and toes should be the way i like them…it be polish still on my feet but they act like they dont see it then she cut my toe.. Just go find another nail shop this one sucks… then when i go in there its a problem because when i go i only want the girl who know how i like my nails to do my nail then she wanna say she dont have time it 1 person waiting on her already its 530 thinking im gone say ok whoever can do my nails um no im good i went to glossy nail on church road n they was great..

I try to give businesses chances., But today came in . There is no one waiting. She tells me where to sit. I’m waiting and there are 2 other nail techs but they are on their phone., No one says anything to me. I’m just sitting there and waiting. I walk out!! Just rude!!

This place is the worst. I have never been to a salon that up charges for everything. I barely got my nails trimmed and it was an extra $5 dollars. It was extra for coffin shape, and she still filed them square. She practically drilled my nails over and over for almost an hour. I only got a fil in. The customer service was terrible here. How are you going to upcharge for every little thing and then do sloppy work. She half polished my nails then when I told her she completely skipped the whole side of my nail. She starts talking that other lanuage. I will never come back here. Oh and after all that dang drilling they dont let customers wash off all that dust. No wonder my nails are lumpy and rough. This place is horrible if you care how your nails look. Trust me go somewhere else!

The gentleman that did my nails and feet was polite, but I left dissatisfied. I have polish on my skin and cuticles, and before I could ask him to clean it up, he left to service another customer. He didn’t say he was finished or take me to the drying station or anything. I went from a bold color to a light color and I can still see the bold color around my nail bed.

Critical: QualityWent in with my natural nails grown out, they only needed to be trimmed and wanted gel polish. The guy literally cut my nails down all the way to the point that it is PAINFUL! Then, I placed my hand into the GEL UV dryer, and it literally burnt the my fingers. Never had that happen before. I plan on going back to show them. I have never had my nails this short, to the point of them hurting. There is literally no way to fix them without getting tips, which I do not want. Terrible. Went in with my natural nails grown out, they only needed to be trimmed and wanted gel polish. The guy literally cut my nails down all the way to the point that it is PAINFUL! Then, I placed my hand into the GEL UV dryer, and it literally burnt the my fingers. Never had that happen before. I plan on going back to show them.
