I would refer all ages to this location. My hair came out better than expected as I am tender headed which makes my hairstyles to not come out so well. Ms. B. understood sensitive scalp and respected it; being mindful. Excellent work and the hair lotion sold/used made the hair soft/tangle less. Call to make an appointment to decrease your wait time. Critical: ProfessionalismI would like to start by saying Bea is amazing, does great work & i usually go to her. This time around Bea was not there to do my hair, instead it was another lady. I specifically said multiple times what I wanted & when she started doing my hair it was not what I wanted so she had to start over. I was given an attitude for a mistake that she made claiming that i never told her i wanted KNOTLESS box braids instead of regular braids. I arrived at 10:45 AM & did not leave the store until 9:00 PM! It took near 11 hours for this lady to do something that should take 5-6 hours. I asked how much longer it was going to be her answer was “This takes time, if you had gotten the other braids it would have gone faster”. Which is false because i get the same exact hairstyle every time i come in here & never in my life have i had to sit in a chair getting my hair done for 11 hours! I then asked for a middle part.. she picked up the comb parted my hair crooked & then proceeded to hand me the comb & mirror for me to part my own hair… I was obviously frustrated, annoyed & wanted to go home & she proceeded to not care & take her time. I left with several braids not braided all the way because i could not stay there any longer, if i had stayed i probably would have been there longer. VERY unsatisfied with the terrible customer service that i was provided. I would like to start by saying Bea is amazing, does great work & i usually go to her. This time around Bea was not there to do my hair, instead it was another lady. I specifically said multiple times what I wanted & when she started doing my hair it was not what I wanted so she had to start over.
