I went into this barber shop for the first time on 10/26/22. Best haircut I’ve ever had, and my wife agrees! Andrew (Zorro) was awesome to talk to and learn from while he simultaneously focused on cutting my hair to look fresher than ever before. Very impressed and glad I came in! The owner, Mason, was a pleasant host and very hospitable the whole time. This crew knows what they are doing, and I’m thrilled they are in Crystal Lake.

Love this place! Truly my favorite place I’ve ever had to get my hair cut. I trust all of them as they all seem to have a passion for their work and really care about the finished product. They take the time needed to do it perfect rather than trying to fit in as many people as possible. Such a great price! I make sure to tip well because they truly can charge much more if they wanted.

I’ve been to a lot of different places in the area and these guys are by far the best at what they do. Mason is such a chill and cool guy to talk to during your cut, and he asked me about the littlest details about my hair that I’ve never even thought of before. Then he gave me advice on what kinds of styles work best for my hair. This place is perfect for modern styles with an authentic barber experience.

Just left our haircut with Aaron for our 20 month old son. Aaron did an amazing job on the cut and was patient with a squirmy toddler who had a not so great experience at another salon. We will definitely be bringing our son back to Aaron for his regular cuts!

I have wanted to take my two sons to a barbershop for quite some time. I finally made the plunge and chose Beardsley Barber shop. I’m so glad I did! I went without an appointment which I know not to do next time but Jaime and Mason stepped up to the plate and were able to cut both my boys hair in between their other appointments. They both did a fantastic job cutting their hair and making them feel comfortable. The results were amazing! My boys loved the experience and we can’t wait to go back!
