Thank you Jenny for taking me in on short notice. I had called a place I’ve been in the past and the owner instead of answering my questions, referred me to their website. Jenny answered the phone, was helpful, friendly, and honest. As I was waiting my turn in line she actually helped me and did an amazing job. They are an old school barber shop with a great easy going vibe,, excellent prices, and friendly service. This is my new shop in the Newburgh area.

Took my young son here, Johnny was so kind and warm towards him and his hair came out phenomenal. Such attention to detail, even for just a kid’s cut. Later my son made a remark on how Johnny was “so nice” and how he only wanted to go there for cuts from now on.

Critical: ProfessionalismTerrible experience for first time customer. Walked in shop two gentle cutting hair was not greeted or recognized by either of them. Said ok strange …so i waited.. first customer was completed then i believe his son was dropped off and they proceeded to cut his hair before me? Was still giving them benifit of doubt maybe here before me? Then another customer came and second barber started to talk them on how he wants hair cut. Then he asks me if i am waiting for someone I replied yes do not know what he was thinking ?Another barber ?hair cut? ..then he asked guy waiting for son if he was getting cut? he said already had cut.. Then i said i was waiting for cut and he started to say i had to wait that is when i left and told them they would be getting a bad review from me. Not even a sorry can we make it up too you nothing. do not go to this place very bad buisiness practice!!!!!Terrible experience for first time customer. Took an elderly man to Johnny’s for his haircut. First time visit. Place was clean and organized. No wait. Haircut was excellent. They even escorted the elderly man to his car. He recently had back surgery so it was very kind of them. Highly recommend
