Critical: ProfessionalismMy husband drove over 30miles for a beard trim talked to the hairdresser waited over 20minures with no body there then refused service after she said she would do a beard trim. Very unprofessional and will never be back again. What happened to being polite and honest. If you didn’t want the business you could have just said something with the first conversation instead of playing head games.
