There’s a sign on the door saying walk ins welcome. So my husband and I walked in. There’s no welcome signage or explanation of what to expect, so we sat and waited for one of the stylists to check us in.. They clearly saw us and said that they would be right with us. After about 5 minutes, one to the stylists went to the computer and asked our name. We told them and then she said ok I’ve got you in. So we wait 15 more minutes. Another stylist comes up, looks at the computer and asks whos next, the guy that was there before us went. 5 min later another stylist comes up and asks our name. We tell her and she says, oh I’m sorry we’re fully booked today. We can’t fit you in. Even though there were 4 stylists and only 1 guy waiting. AND they told us that we were in. Don’t go here. Go anywhere else but here. There are at least 10 barbershops better than this one in Blue Springs!
