A first time client that will sadly never rebook or recommend. On my way to my appointment today I was having trouble finding her studio, I gave her a quick call for clarification. I put the studio into google maps and it took me to a random subdivision in Black Bull… When she answered she told me immediately she didn’t have time to see me because I was “late” and tried to prove that I should’ve known where her studio was because I’m a returning client and that she tells ALL her new clients directions and detailed instructions. She was so incredibly rude on the phone and wouldn’t allow me to make my appointment. Shocked and so disappointed by her arrogant attitude and rude demeanor. She was so unprofessional – why wasn’t I told directions and details if they are so important? Seriously insane glad I didn’t waste my money.
