If you are coming to this office, DO NOT fill a speciality medication from here. They work with a third party pharmacy for prior authorizations. It has been over a month requesting additional clinical documents be sent for my prior authorization. I only get voicemail after voicemail. Transfer after transfer. No callback and no update. I am so frustrated that I have to call everyday to request documents be sent for this essential medication and STILL nothing. My insurance has also called only to get voicemail. Wish I could leave ZERO stars. Very disappointed
