Lovely place. Staff was very sweet and courteous. I was there for my First Luminary manicure. Ina was ready, on time, very lovely. Very professional. Answered any questions I had. Very meticulous. Some of the most natural looking nails I’ve ever had, even my boyfriend verbalized they looked very natural. They use autoclaved tools which was a PLUS for me. Think I found my new manicurist.

Ok, I am not a confrontational person but I do leave reviews. I had a Luminary manicure, The girl who did it was nice and answered all my questions. My daughter had her nails done and the other girl was also amazing. The reason I am giving 3 stars is due to cleanliness. The nail buffer, filler and even the small piece on the electric one were so worn out! And they were for sure used with every single person before me. Those things are not able to be sanitized. Using alcohol on the brushes is also not enough. Even when I really liked the nails i will not go back. I do not mind paying for services but if i am paying over 100! For nails I at least want a new set of files and buffers and clean brushes to be used! I thought I had found my new nail salon but, I will have to keep looking.

I have gone to BSB for my second year now after referral from a friend. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the venue and the staff. Very clean and comfortable. When returning for the winter I was thrilled to see the most friendly staff still part of their team. Amanda, Susan and Ana the best of the best! Try it, BSB will not disappoint!

As their massage therapist, I can tell you that this is the absolute nicest place I have ever worked.. I’ve been a therapist for 25 years 25 years and have worked in a couple of spas but this one just feels like home it’s very comfortable very beautifully decorated the quit the quality of their products is top shelf and the quality of their technicians technicians also top shelf it’s a great company to work for 4 and I’m proud to be there.

I have a very fragile nails and for all these years before meeting Suzana it was super hard to find a nail technician who didn’t make my nails too thick or too slim but got just the right balance with gel to last me about 4 weeks. She is a very talented young lady who will identify your personal needs and ensure your nails get the personalized care and treatment you need! I am sorry that she moved as I can not use her services unless I visit Destine but if you are in the area, you should definitely stop looking for other places and book her.
