Writing this under a random email because I don’t want confrontation but this location when Ramzie is working is not the greatest. My bed was not cleaned when I went in (no towel, and lotion/sweat dried on bed) multiple times. And she always tries to argue with me to not do the bed I would like to do because it’s dirty and doesn’t want to clean it. Frustrating because I spend lots of money here to not feel like it’s sanitary, and constantly being argued with what bed I would like to do. I typically have chosen to go here because it’s usually so clean, and it is at every other location that I go to. It’s only this one with this worker every other time it’s fine. Just concerned about the hygiene and keeping things safe.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars with beaches in memberships, lotions, and constant upgrades. I have truly been the definition of a loyal customer. Now beaches won’t let me cancel my membership because they say I have a 5.00 balance. I have a bank statement showing otherwise but yet they are still harassing me and being rude to put it nicely trying to get at least another month out of me. Do not waste your time with them they pull you in and then won’t let you leave. I can only speak for myself but i HIGHLY recommend staying as far away from this place as you can!

I like Beaches because it’s clean, they have good beds and are in my price range. What I don’t like is everytime I go in there they want to know if I’m using a lotion and they want to see it. Then they continue to try to sell you a brand new one that’s better than what I already have – if you don’t want that, they try to sell you a tan extender, if that doesn’t work out they try to sell you teeth whitener. I know the girls working there are just doing their job and they’re super nice and friendly, but what happened to just going in and having a relaxing experience. Every time I go I have to prepare myself to be bombarded … that’s not relaxing
