Wow, I haven’t been in 6 months. What a change! A manager, Maddie, is so gregarious and happy to help. Your choice of new employees is excellent. (Jayda…? ) Great smiles the second you walk in the door. They all actually seem like they’re grateful for their customers. What a flipping joke! I went to this salon to get a quick tan and they spent 15 minutes trying to upsell me. I explained that I did not live in the area and that I only needed the single tan. I signed their waiver that did explain that goggles were required to tan but no where did it say that I must provide my own goggles. After I paid, they said it’s 8$ for goggles!! When I said that I was not told that there would be a charge, they refused to refund my tan and remove the 8$ charge. I left without getting my tan. Worst customer service ever! Would not recommend.
