Called ahead and scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue massage after a few long days at the beach. The place was comfortable and clean if a bit spartan inside. Clean, private rooms but near the lobby they also had chair and foot massage areas. All employees had on masks and hand sanitizer was available.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI have been getting massages here for almost 2 years. I have back and neck issues and their deep tissue massages really loosens everything from head to toe. I get 2 to 3 massages a month. I would highly recommend giving this place a try. I really think you would become a regular customer.

The facility was very clean and my massage therapist, Linda, was very sweet and kind. I went in to get relief from a very locked neck and she was able to gently release all the tension and knots out of it. Due to chronic lower back pain and sciatic nerve issues I have been having debilitating pain practically paralyzing me at times. Beach Total Massage is Conveniently located in the heart of Sawgrass in a plaza between Fresh Market and Ruth Chris steakhouse. It’s a classy place place that has the feel of the Beach, and China. And the massages are amazing. This shop has two foot massage set ups and two massage chairs, as well as massage tables in private rooms. Don’t pass this place up.

I called for a deep tissue. All I got was a oiled down rub down where she went over the same area over and over for 30 minutes. About 20 minutes into it I wanted to leave. It was probably the worst massage I have ever received and I’ve had many I’ve rather years .At the end, the masseuse actually asked me how much I wanted to tip her. Not professional. And when I told her how much I wanted her to keep, she brings me back the wrong amount. There was NO communication and is was just a bad experience overall. A complete was a waste of my $80!! They need more training at this place and customer service.

Wonderful massage from Cynthia. Although she is petite, she gives a really good deep tissue massage as well as some vigorous stretching. She is a very friendly lady and I felt really pampered, with hot towels and a very relaxed environment. A real treat!
